The purpose and objectives of the project:

The primary objective of the MyBPO portal solution is to revolutionize and streamline the HR management and administration processes by transitioning them entirely into an online format. This project aims to address the inefficiencies and delays often associated with traditional, paper-based HR documentation and administrative processes.

Implementation of the project:

The MyBPO project was implemented through a structured approach aimed at addressing the inefficiencies in traditional HR management.

Results:

Level of Meeting Objectives: The MyBPO portal successfully achieved its primary objective of digitizing HR processes, with all traditional paper-based tasks now handled online. This transition has led to a more efficient, secure, and streamlined HR management system. All data stored in one system, there are no need for printing or sending any kind of document to another part of Kazakhstan. Additionally, by eliminating the need for printed documents, MyBPO significantly reduces paper consumption, contributing to environmental sustainability and supporting our commitment to reducing our ecological footprint. ·  Impact on Beneficiaries: Beneficiaries, including HR departments and employees, reported significant improvements in efficiency and satisfaction. The portal’s ability to reduce manual tasks and streamline approvals through digital signatures has led to faster decision-making and reduced administrative burdens. ·  Awareness Among Stakeholders: The project has effectively raised awareness among stakeholders about the inefficiencies of traditional HR processes and the benefits of digital transformation. Regular communication and training sessions were conducted to ensure all stakeholders understood the problem and the solution provided by MyBPO. ·  Opinion of Beneficiaries: Feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the portal for its user-friendliness and the time saved in processing HR tasks. The reduction in paperwork and improved accessibility have been particularly well-received. All documents are signing online via desktop or mobile phone. ·  Sustainability of Results: The results achieved through the MyBPO project are sustainable, with ongoing updates and support ensuring the platform remains effective and up-to-date. The system’s scalability also allows for future growth and adaptation to new requirements. AS this stage BPO has been using solution since January 2024 and we have strong statistical records. ·  Social ROI (if applicable): While specific metrics for social return on investment were not applied, the success of the project can be seen in tangible improvements in efficiency, cost reductions, and user satisfaction. These factors collectively contribute to a positive return on investment from both financial and social perspectives. Additionally, by moving away from paper documentation to electronic signatures, the MyBPO project significantly reduces paper consumption, which in turn lessens the negative impact on the environment and supports our commitment to environmental sustainability.
