Beeline Kazakhstan has set for itself a goal of transforming the culture of how company employees interact by creating continuous feedback through an ecosystem of user experience, measurement of involvement, e-NPS, internal CSI and customized internal research.
Only a few years ago, an external provider was commissioned to measure staff involvement. At the same time, internal company resources were allocated toward preparing data on organizational structure, detailing each section, as well as additional factors that would be expected in the results. As a result, Beeline learned that at the time this data was collected the organizational structure was no longer 100% relevant, let alone relevant by the time the results were ready.
We needed this data to be collected more efficiently and effectively so that the organizational structure can always be up-to-date, preferably online and graphically.
We found a solution quickly: the Kazakhstan Beeline specialists developed the project on their own, especially since all the necessary resources were available and the task was crisp and clear.
In the first stage, the architecture of the project had to be defined, and after that standardized measurements of CSI and e-NPS were added. At a later stage, a simple poll design was established in the architecture as well.
As a result, 100% of the project was implemented in-house. Our three-person development team has now created Beeline Surveys, a platform for standardized HR measurements (involvement, e-NPS, CSI), as well as simple surveys.

The result has been felt primarily by the HRBP, which assesses engagement. And by managers who work with CSI and e-NPS. A survey designer is in great demand: now you don’t have to buy SurveyMonkey licenses or use Google forms. The Beeline Surveys platform allows you to maintain anonymity even if the employee is authorized.
This is not a project that has launch and completion dates. This is a permanent solution, and it allows any company to save from 22 million tenge per year, keep its hand on the pulse of its operation and react instantly. The main role of Beeline Surveys precisely is reaction: in the company it’s learnt to give and receive feedback, and almost no survey is ignored.Related Topics
