The purpose and objectives of the project:

Creating environment and engineering culture to both attract digital-talents from the market and grow them inside in order to create digital ecosystem consisting of products that meet our customer’s needs 1440 minutes per day. Upgrade Digital IQ of non-tech employees to empower to optimize processes and save company resources.

Implementation of the project:

Business Needs Analysis: gathering the required workforce count, analyzing the number of products in the backlog to come up with a target picture.

Development of internal reskilling and upskilling programs for horizontal growth within company moving employees from service position to tech.

Developing tech EVP and communication strategy to strengthen internal & external tech employer brand to improve talent acquisition and retention rates. 

Results:

Beetech IT conference reached 4000+ people.

427 robots (software) created by our employees, resulting in 192174 hours optimization.

eNPS among digital talents raised by 2 points digital products gained 3.3 million customers audience 315 tech vacancies were filled, 73 by the reskilled employees from other non-tech departments.
